All A'kin products are shipped via Royal Mail on either a standard or next day delivery.
A £3.95 delivery charge for orders under £50. To be sent standard Royal Mail second class postage. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
Enjoy FREE Standard Delivery when you spend over £50.
During busy period, please allow a maximum of 5 days for your order to arrive.
Next Day Delivery:
Receive Next Day Delivery when you spend over £50.
Orders must be places before 12pm Mon-Fri in order to receive Next Day Delivery.
We do not deliver overseas, UK Mainland only.
Please note: Orders are processed between 9AM - 5:30PM Mon-Fri. Please provide all the correct information in case we need to contact you. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
Please note: Postage cost will not qualify for a minimum spend promotion.
RETURNSWe hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, if unopened or a replacement for faulty products. Goods are to be returned within 14 days of arrival, in their original condition and packaging in which they arrived, along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip.
Please follow these steps to return your goods:
1. Please email us at to inform us that you wish to return an item and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. Please provide us with your customer order number, which is found on the email confirming your order, and details of the item you wish to return.
2. Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) to the following:

3. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and notify you by email once your refund or replacement has been processed.
Please note: Refunds or exchanges are NOT accepted on products that is part of a gift set.
