How can I make a purchase?
In order to make a purchase, complete the following steps:
- Select the product you want, and click 'Add to Cart'
- When you're ready to proceed, click 'Checkout'
- Enter your delivery address and card details when prompted
- Once the order is complete you'll recieve an order confirmation via email.
The product I want is out of stock, will you be getting more? We know how annoying it is when your favourite product in unavailable, and as much as we endeavour to always be in stock, from time to time, we may run out. If there's a specific product you're after, please call our customer service team on 01737 222563 who will do their best to assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, as soon as an order has been placed it joins a queue for dispatch to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. Therefore, once processed, we are unable to change or cancel an order.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with my order?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team on 0173722563. If you receive a faulty item please refer to ur returns section.
Help! Why haven't I received my confirmation email yet? All order are processed from 9am - 12pm Mon-Fri. Customers will receive their confirmation email just after 4pm on working days.
What methods can I use to pay?
We accept payments through PayPal.
Can I use more than one discount code at a time? Only one discount code should be used at one time. If you are having any issues entering any discount, please contact us on email@example.com.
What are your delivery?
All orders over £50 are FREE of charge.
All orders under £50 have a standard delivery charge of £3.95 and our Next-Day Delivery costs are £8 and are delivered via Royal Mail from our UK Head Office in Redhill, Surrey.
We do not deliver internationally.

Can I change my delivery address on my order?
Unfortunately once an order has been places we are unable to amend it, so please ensure the correct delivery details when ordering.
The products I have received are incorrect, what should I do?
We always try our best to ensure orders are packed correctly. However, if you find that you are missing an item, or something is faulty, then we certainly want to make it right for you. Please contact our customer service team on email@example.com
RETURNSDo you accept returns?
We want you to have a great shopping experience with us but understand that ordering online can be tricky. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and wish to return an item you've purchased, we have a 14 day refund policy. Items can only be returned if they are unopened and unused, with all seals and packaging still in place.
Unwanted items must be sent along with proof of purchase to the below address:

Once we have received the item and your refund has been processed it can take between 3-5 business days for you to receive your refund.
How long do I have to return an item?You have 14 days to return an unwanted or faulty product.
What happens if I have had a reaction to the product?
Prior to purchasing any beauty products, we recommend having a good understanding of your skin and any allergies you might have. Follow patch test instruction with the product.
